At its meeting on 10 November 2016, the General Meeting of Czech Airlines approved changes in the company’s Supervisory Board.
Effective today, Ing. Marian Klásek, Chairman of the PRISKO a.s. Board of Directors, becomes a new member of the Czech Airlines Supervisory Board. Mr. Klásek will represent PRISKO a.s., a new Czech Airlines shareholder effective 20 October 2016, in the company’s Supervisory Board. Mr. Klásek replaces Mr. Michal Požár in the company’s Supervisory Board, who has resigned from his post effective today.
Mr. Won Tae Cho, the representative of the largest shareholder, Korean Air Lines Ltd., remains in the role of the Chairman of the Czech Airlines Supervisory Board. Mgr. Augustin Kohoutek, the representative of the second largest shareholder, Travel Service, a.s., remains the Vice-Chairman of the Czech Airlines Board of Directors.
