What does my booking section allow me to do?

The my bookings application allows you to check all your reservations online in one place and change a number of parameters of already-issued tickets. Additional services may only be purchased and ticket parameters changed for Czech Airlines’ tickets starting with the 064 prefix for Czech Airlines-operated flights.

The my bookings application allows you to check all your reservations online in one place and change a number of parameters of already-issued tickets. Additional services may only be purchased and ticket parameters changed for Czech Airlines’ tickets starting with the 064 prefix for Czech Airlines-operated flights.

The my bookings application allows you to:

  • Check existing reservations.
  • Resubmit payments for ordered services after a previously-failed payment.
  • For a fee, repeatedly change the departure or arrival dates of issued tickets before their use or after their partial use for all parties within the same reservation. Changes can be made at any time but at a maximum three days after the scheduled departure.
  • Add additional services at any time subject to their availability for the individual flights:
  • Change the departure or arrival dates of issued tickets with additional services and add new additional services to tickets.
  • Send the booking details, ticket and itinerary to print.

The my bookings application does not support:

  • Changes to departure and/or arrival dates of reservations made and tickets purchased through travel agencies and online sales points. If you need to make changes to tickets purchased in such manner, please contact the place of purchase directly.
  • Changes to departure and/or arrival dates and purchases of additional services for reservations and tickets with special services provided upon request, such as animal transport, unaccompanied minor transport, assistance for people with limited mobility and orientation. We will be happy to assist you with changing such reservations and tickets at our contact centre.

Changes to Reservations

Departure and arrival dates and times of Czech Airlines tickets can be changed based on the conditions of the price package under which a ticket has been purchased. If you have purchased your ticket elsewhere than via Czech Airlines channels, please contact the place of purchase with requests for changes.

Departure and arrival dates can be changed:

  • before use or after partial use of tickets,
  • repeatedly,
  • for all parties within the same reservation,
  • at any time but at a maximum 72 hours after the originally scheduled departure,

Changes to reservations of tickets purchased via our website, contact centre and Ticketing Offices, are best made online using the my bookings application as no additional service fees apply to such changes.

The listed prices only apply to changes made online via Czech Airlines’ website (csa.cz or czechairlines.com) or via the my bookings application. An additional service fee may be charged for changes made via the Contact Centre, sales offices and ticketing agents.

Changes of Passenger Names

For safety reasons, it is not possible to change the names of passengers of already-issued tickets. If you need to change the name of the passenger, you can cancel the original ticket based on the conditions of the respective price package under which the ticket has been purchased and make a new reservation with a different passenger name.

Ticket Refunds

Ticket refunds are subject to conditions of the price package under which the ticket has been purchased.

Non-refundable Tickets

Tickets purchased under the LITE, PLUS and BUSINESS LITE price packages are non-refundable including charges for additional services purchased with tickets. In such cases, only unused airport charges are subject to reimbursement.

Refundable Tickets

Tickets purchased under the FLEX and BUSINESS price packages are refundable. Unused segments of the ticket including refundable charges for additional services are subject to reimbursement.

The reimbursement fee, if applicable, will be deducted:

FLEX 60 EUR for each untraveled segment
BUSINESS No fee applies

Cancelled Flights

In cases of cancelled flights, the amount related to the cancelled flight and paid for the ticket and/or additional services is subject to reimbursement. If your flight was cancelled, your booking can be changed without penalty for a new travel date (fare difference will be collected, if any). The amount for the unused portion of the ticket can also be provided in the form of a voucher (EMD – Electronic Miscellaneous Document) which can be used for any future purpose of Czech Airlines ticket or ancillary services.

Ticket Refund Process

In respect of tickets purchased on/before 10 March 2021:

Requests for reimbursement of funds for unused tickets shall be submitted according to procedures described here.

In respect of tickets purchased on/after 11 March 2021:

For ticket refunds of tickets purchased via our website: csa.cz or czechairlines.com, please fill in the online refund form below. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days at a maximum.

Please contact the respective ticketing office with requests for refunds of tickets paid in cash.

If you have purchased your ticket elsewhere than via Czech Airlines channels, please contact the place of purchase with requests for refunds.
